Hot honey is a seasonal favorite, and its unique flavor profile is a large reason why: tangy, spicy, and yet still with knapweed's sweetness. This year's hot honey is made with a dash of our fermented garlic honey, fresh habañeros, and apple cider vinegar. We love to drizzle it over soft cheeses, add it to sauces, or use it in a morning cup of bone broth. The habañeros carry a very fruity spice, and their more pervasive heat, coupled with the garlic, activates the circulatory system.
